COME UTILIZZARE

Strobing is a technique to create points of light on the face when hit by light. It emphasizes certain points of the face giving a rested and “Glowy” appearance that can camouflage even the most difficult nights. While with "Contouring" you sculpt the face, with the "Strobing" technique you highlight it. Just a few steps: you can hide dark circles by concentrating your Make Up on the inner part of the eye, or highlight the T-zone of the face that goes from the temples to the chin.

To apply the technique correctly:

  • Product Selection:Use a highlighter that best suits your skin tone. For fair skin, highlighters in pearlescent or champagne shades; for medium skin, those in rose gold shades; for dark skin, opt for bronze or gold shades.
  • Product Application:Apply your chosen shade to the areas you want to highlight. Classic areas include the arch above your brows, your cheekbones, the bridge of your nose, the cupid's bow above your upper lip, and your chin. Use a strobing brush or your fingers for a natural blend.
  • Blending Technique:Blend the highlighter in circular motions or dab it on, avoiding harsh lines or obvious demarcations. The goal is to create a luminous and natural effect, as if the skin were naturally illuminated.
  • Intensify Eyes and T-Zone:To hide dark circles and highlight your eyes, apply highlighter to the inner corner of your eye and under your brow bone. For your T-zone, apply it carefully to avoid a shiny effect.

The strobing technique is perfect for dull and dry skin, but it is suitable for all skin types and complexions. With these steps, you can create a luminous effect that enhances the features of the face, offering a rested and radiant look.

To obtain a very pigmented and high quality Palette as Illuminante Strobing Kit, we have created 6 very buttery powders. The pans can therefore be more delicate than a classic palette and consequently it may happen that on some occasions the pan has some slight damage.

TIP: Lightly wet the wafer with a little alcohol and gently run your finger over it to obtain a perfectly intact wafer.
