Start by thinning it out for a precise application. Draw a line along the upper lash line, from thin for a natural look to thick for definition, and repeat under the lower lashes of your choice. Blend the line with a blending brush, sweeping the color for a smokey effect or to soften the edges. Build up with additional layers if desired, and finish by drawing a precise line along the inner lash line.
