My Face Refill Glow Highlighter can be applied to the cheekbones, temples, brow bone, center of the forehead, nose, chin, and cupid's bow. Use a fan brush or a brush specifically designed for powder highlighters.

TIP: Lightly wet the wafer with a little alcohol and gently run your finger over it to obtain a perfectly intact wafer.
